I don't recall the light level working like this before and want to see if this was normal for others. I'm running firmware 3.15 with RadioRA 2 devices.
From a unit state of off
- Issue On for Duration of 5 seconds, Unit turns on and countdown starts from 5 seconds
- Issue Light Level 100% for Duration of 5 seconds. Unit turns on, no countdown is shown and it stays on
- Issue Light Level 50% for Duration of 5 seconds. Unit turns on to 50% and countdown starts from 5 seconds.
I don't get why sending a Light Level 100% with duration doesn't work when the unit is off. If the unit is on to begin with it works as expected. The workaround is to issue Light Level for 99% and it works as expected.
I can't issue On as the light always turns off after the duration ends. With light level it returns to the previous state after the duration ends. I'm using this to light up the backyard when motion is detected and then have the lights return to their previous state.
