Is DSC PowerSeries NEO backward compatible with 433mhz?

Looking to replace my current system which runs on 433mhz. I know I can get Qolsys 4 but i would rather stay away from it. Looking at the manual of DSC powerseries NEO and it appears that it supports 433mhz as well? Am I reading this correctly? DSC manual

If i am misreading this, can i go with DSC PowerSeries PC1864 ? I can't tell if it's just 433mhz or if it supports current standard of 315mhz as well?
