Haiku Haiku/RadioRa "Operation Failed" error

While using Haiku to dim lights via RadioRa (classic) switches, everything works fine however if dimmed all the way to 0% then an error box pops up:  "Operation Failed - Controller command failed!"
Can I somehow use the Debug setting on the iPad app to help isolate what is causing this?  Or if someone knows the solution already, even better.
