Does the HAI Knowledge Base crash all the time?

With the installation of my new OmniPro II, I've been trying to find answers on my own before posting questions. However, using the HAI Knowledge Base has not been very reliable.

I can usually do 2 or 3 searches and look at a few of the results, then the whole KB becomes unresponsive and IE returns errors that the site is not responding.

Does the KB crash all the time and require someone to manually restart it? This has happened to me multiple times, on many days.
