Thanks for posting up!  Yes, login is working again for me.  My cameras aren't working with Alexa though.  I wonder if there was an Amazon update that changed video support for some stream types.  Not sure, as it stopped working a while ago.  I finally went to debug and found the account login...

That’s too bad. It’s been working fairly well for months. I was avoiding setting up the alternative local services, as monocle was running. But maybe have to bite the bullet and do one of the other options. 

  Is Monocle down for you?   I just tried it, as it's been intermittent here recently.  Alexa said there was a problem and to disable and enable the skill, on trying to re-enable my monocle login was not recognized.  Going to the monocle web pages would not allow login either, and the forums...

What is your external internet device?  Most broadband routers today will need the port used by Haiku opened and forwarded back to the panel for the traffic to reach your panel.  Have you changed something in your external network setup since Haiku used to connect?

Are your cell phones Android or iPhone?  One nice feature on iPhone now is that your cell can ring on all your devices. So if you throw a watch and pad into the mix, or a watch and laptop, they all ring when your cell rings (if you enable it that way.)  So just wear they watch around the house...

At least Leviton has said repair and warranty will continue. But I havent seen how long repairs will be offered. Leviton is big enough that it may be quite a while. (Doesnt help with the issues shipping across the border though... )

Usually the OmniStat gets power from your heater/AC unit, so check there first.

I went wireless for in house motion detectors. The down side is most of those only report motion every few minutes to conserve battery (once they trigger initially.) If you want them for lighting control as well, I’m finding I’d prefer wired for the continuous motion updating.

This is more like half true. Within the last year a passenger was killed being sucked in to a hole in the side of the plane. You probably saw it in the news if you are in the USA. Very unusual accident, but engine threw objects against the plane side that managed to break open the window next...

Does OmniLinkBridge allow me to take a HomeKit device and make it available as a unit for the Omni?  I know I can go the other way and use HomeKit to control existing Omni units that are already configured.

The xfinity security system doesn't look bad... but you need internet and paid security.  (Security is an add on separate from the internet/tv packages.)  As I recall they have tiers of service for security as well.  If you want full camera integration and remote access, it was pretty expensive...

Just curious, you mention HLC light switches, but then used UPStart for configuration. While that can be done, generally if you configure with UPStart, then the lights are considered to be running in UPB control mode. If they are actually setup as HLC lights (a specialized Leviton/HAI mode)...

Is it possible you used non-halogen bulbs before? Halogen bulbs get their long life from running at higher temperature, so dimming will shorten their life. Or if you have been dimming them more then they would tend to have a shorter life as well.

Hue claims to have finally allowed last state recovery in their bulbs with current firmware. Nice that they listened to feedback and added the option. I havent tested it, but its not the default setting, so you need to turn it on if you desire that behavior.
