    Haiku Notifications Not Working

I just started seeing the “Intermediate Server Error” message on the Haiku iOS app. Anyone else having this problem?

Haiku Attention Haiku users - Myro:Home is almost here!

I have all that and more (i.e. Alexa) using OpenHab/HABridge/HomeBridge on a Raspberry Pi.

Haiku Attention Haiku users - Myro:Home is almost here!

Thanks, but no thanks. I don’t rent software. Haiku is still getting the job done for me.

HAI omni pro II - sporatic 3 beeps from console

We just experienced this problem today. The system is running the latest firmware (4.0b). Was there any resolution to what is causing this to happen?

    Haiku What happened to Haiku?

I assumed it was a 32-bit app, which would not run on iOS 11. I stand corrected. Could you provide a screenshot of the app in dark mode?

    Haiku What happened to Haiku?

Been there, done that. I don't want to setup an automation server just to use the app with my OmniPro.

    Haiku What happened to Haiku?

It looks like the final nail will driven into the Haiku coffin with iOS 11. The thought of having to use SnapLink on a regular basis just plain sucks.   Hey Maksim, how about spending an afternoon recompiling it for 64-bit? While you're at it, give us back the dark interface too.   Oh wait, I...

    Haiku issues with events

I had the same problem. I have two OP2 systems (home and office), so this helped with troubleshooting. My home system events were no longer showing the name. My office system worked fine. The events for both systems showed the names correctly with SnapLink as well as PC Access, so the problem...

    OpenHAB & OmniPro2 - Arm/Disarm Without Code

I understood that the keys were being provided, but I did not know that the user codes were optional. The mobile apps that I use (SnapLink, Haiku) have the keys, but also require the user code. (The user code can be saved in Haiku to bypass the keypad, but it's still sent to the system.) OpenHAB...

    OpenHAB & OmniPro2 - Arm/Disarm Without Code

It's not a question of whether or not OpenHAB can arm and disarm the OP2. It's that it can do it without knowing my codes.

    OpenHAB & OmniPro2 - Arm/Disarm Without Code

Of course I realize Alexa is cloud-based. I also knew that someone would invariably try to bring this to my attention. You win the prize. :)   My point was that my adjunct HA system (OpenHAB) does not rely on the cloud. I've experimented with SmartThings at the office (IoT and communications is...

    OpenHAB & OmniPro2 - Arm/Disarm Without Code

I've successfully installed OpenHAB on an RPi3 and have it connected to my OP2. Somehow OpenHAB is able to arm and disarm the system without asking for the security code. To my knowledge, this should not be possible with the OP2 protocol. Anyone have an idea what's going on? p.s. I also have...

    OmniPro II and Multipurpose Sensor

Time will tell if they still have a future in the residential market. Based on the age of the OP 2 and their push into the commercial space with the Lumina Gateway, I think they know the writing is on the wall. The competition for the home from the big boys is just too much. In the meantime I...

    OmniPro II and Multipurpose Sensor

I'm an electronic design engineer that has done certifications and your understanding of the testing process is incorrect. They don't have to test every possible combination of devices. It's impossible and unnecessary. They can easily roll these enhancements with the others in the next release.

    OmniPro II and Multipurpose Sensor

Again with the UL/safety excuse? What knowledge do you have to backup your claim the this is an issue? How do you know Leviton can't easily add the CentraLite sensor? Or that it's not UL certified (if such a thing even exists for these devices)? Do you work there?

    OmniPro II and Multipurpose Sensor

While the OmniPro has been a reliable HA system for many years, it's obvious that it's best years are behind it. Leviton has moved on with other products that don't really replace it.   With regard to the multipurpose sensor, it's OEM'd from CentraLite (p/n 3321-S). There's no technical reason...

    OmniPro II and Multipurpose Sensor

I'm not going to argue with you. I just wanted to connect a couple of vibration sensors to my aging OmniPro II. I don't think that's too much to ask in the age of IoT.

    OmniPro II and Multipurpose Sensor

As an engineer and Leviton partner with an OmniPro at home and in the office, I'm well aware of the differences. I'm also aware that Leviton is falling behind in this space.

    OmniPro II and Multipurpose Sensor

Thanks for the reply. Pretty disappointing that the Omni can't do what a $50 Smartthings hub can do.
