HAI tech support has ordered an exact light that I have installed to see if they can find a fix. Not sure on the time frame. From what it sounds like, it's not something they can fix. The switches are "not" field upgradable when it comes to firmware.
I installed the SA switch on set of 4-4" recessed LEDs, and there wasn't any pulsing. I have reached out to HAI for a resolution. As of right now, HAI has no answers.
I swapped out one of the HAI CFL/LED switches with a SAI 1140 switch yesterday, and the pulsing is gone!!!! What puzzles me is I went with HAI because they were made for LED lights and the SAI wasn't. Not only does the SAI NOT pulse, it also handles the dimming curve MUCH better.
After spending 10's of $1000 on UPB, this really is killing the WAF. I wish there was a solution to fix this. It's in such a large scale in my home. My entire house is LED, so it happens with every light. The simple solution is not dimming a light, but with so many lights in my house it's...

function onZoneNotReady(zone) {
if(zone.number == 2) {// Match zone by number
helper.sendNotification(controller, zone.bestDescription + ' Open!'); } }
function onZoneNotReady(zone) {
if(zone.number == 3) {// Match zone by...
Sorry...I get it. I really appreciate the help.
The NORA recessed lights use CREE LED and Drivers. They are very nice quality. I did order a Simply Automated switch to see if I get the same results. If I do, then I will try switching out a few LEDs.
