I am able to get Alexa to run my lights but having a hard time with buttons. for example, i named my button Goodnight Button.  I changed the control to RUN.  If I say Alexa turn on Kitchen Lights, they work.  If I say Alexa run goodnight button, nothing.     What is theist  programming method...

can't believe 6 months have gone by and this issue is still lingering.  can we get a fix?  There is so much can do if the flag would set that we are home once flag gets inside geofence.   thanks

I would recommend the Rain8.  It works really well and love the integration with the Omni.

Hi all,   I had a Rain8 UPB Pro go bad.  It has been so long since I programmed it I forgot how.  It is connected using an OmniPro II.  How do I find the NID I was previously using?  It came programmed with 1 but that does not work.   Thanks,   Jason

Hi all,   I have a couple of Omnistats that always revert back to the green backlight.  They might stay a few days or hours at my chosen color but eventually go back to default.  What could be happening to do this?   Thanks,   Jason

All is good.  I got it working very reliably.  I was misinformed about the terminal numbers and once I switched the wires, I got it working. Yes, it is more costly than the iBeacons but in my world, it works every time.  By the time my garage is in view, the door is halfway up.  

Thanks Coconut.     I tried the Space and Beacon approach.  I put long range Beacons in each car but it would never work.  I used Radius and they would eventually have to be reset. So far the most reliable has been the Space App with geolocation but that is not great either. It is about 50/50...

Pete,   It doesn't really work.  The iBeacon doesn't turn on within the time it takes to drive down the driveway.  I am looking into the RFID approach.   Thanks,   Jason
