Let me bump this thread. I live in Austin and need HAI help for security and lighting. Or find an alternative for security/smoke/fire.

After receiving some technical assistance, it may very well be the PIM.  So I have one on order just to eliminate that potential.  Hopefully that will fix it.

I have eliminated any phase coupler or noise issues and have confirmed that the PIM is working.  I can turn on the first light in the series, but then none after.  The other quirk, when I turn on the the "Wine Room" light the Powder Room comes on instead.

Thanks for the suggestion on Firewall for  7, but it is disabled.  I have tried to download MONO, but "No Joy".  Will try again now.   Is there a MAC version download of HAILogger to run on Mono?

Hi - Newbie here.  I am using a MAC with Parallels and Win 7.  Which is how I program PCAccess.  I was able to start the HAILogger.ini file in Notepad and add IP Address and encryption keys.  I have also downloaded .net Framework V4.  When I attempt to launch the HAILogger.exe, I get an error...
