Hi Don, I unfortunately didn't get any paperwork back with my repair. I paid for expedited 1-day repair service and overnight shipping if that tells you anything. I did take pictures of my board's serial number and I'm confident I got my same board back. Sorry I cannot be more helpful...

No they didn't and I could see anything on my OP2 board that looks burned or damaged.

I sent my OP2 to Leviton under their RMA program. Board came back and was reinstalled, project files uploaded with PCA and everything is working perfectly. I hope others have a similar experience if they need to have their OP board repaired.

Myro works great and is very well supported.

Update.  I'm happy to report that it's been over two weeks since I changed our my ELK power supply and back up battery and I've been trouble free.   Guessing the PS was failing and I had an old battery.    So if you have similar issues, I'd suggest changing out the PS....simple and cheap solution.

Hi Pete, It's been 24 hours and with the new ELK power supply I haven't had a system reset.  Ordered a new battery, but based on your comments, I'm guessing the power supply is more of the root cause.   Thanks again for your help. Geoff

Thanks Pete.  You are correct as the battery level is now at 221.  I'll buy a replacement battery and let you know if the new ELK transformer and battery fix the issue.
